Planting and maintenance:

1. Sufficient sunlight
During the cultivation of crushed ice blue roses, sufficient light is needed. The plants are placed in a cool and ventilated environment, exposed to ultraviolet rays, and more than 4 hours of light should be guaranteed every day. But in summer, when the temperature is high and the light is strong, shading treatment is required.
2. Proper watering
Broken blue rose is a shallow-rooted tree species with an underdeveloped root system, which is afraid of floods and droughts. Keeping the soil moist every day is enough. It needs to be watered once before flowering, and it is usually watered once every 7 days in hot summer to avoid water accumulation caused by too much water, which will cause plant root rot.
3. Control fertilization
When planting crushed ice blue roses, it is necessary to apply decomposed farmyard manure before germination in spring. After germination, decomposed hoof horn bone fertilizer should be applied every 15-20 days. When the flower buds appear, you need to use a phosphorous nitrate solution to make the flowers more colorful.
4. Pruning branches
Roses are shrubs. After flowering, their growth will taper off. Therefore, it is necessary to prune the old branches that are weak, withered, and diseased, so as not to take away the nutrients of the plant and affect its growth. Only need to keep 3-5 main branches, which can better promote the growth of plants.
